This home was considered by many to be beyond saving, but we knew it still had solid bones to build from. With support from our engineers and designers, we were able to restore its original potential. We began by bringing in the architect and engineer to assess exactly what needed to be done to achieve our vision. From there, we developed the overall look and design. Once the plans and permits were finalized, we got started—stripping the entire interior back to a blank slate. With the structure ready, our team and trusted subcontractors brought every element of the new design to life.
